I hope that you are all keeping safe and well.

I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you that we are open and all of our services at Bridge Dental will be continuing with no disruption following the government’s decision to introduce a second ‘lock-down’ commencing ‪Thursday 5th November‬.

Earlier this year we put in place extensive measures to ensure the practice is well equipped and safe to function in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. I am pleased to say that these new protocols, equipment and our standard high levels of safety are compliant with all new regulations. For those of our patients that have visited the practice since we reopened on the 8th of June have felt safe and happy returning to see us. Our priority is to put the safety and well-being of our patients first.

We still require our patients to fill their medical history questionnaires online prior to attending the practice, wear masks at all times whilst in the practice and also we will be checking our patients’ temperatures on arrival. We also request our patients to not attend the practice more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

It is my view that part of maintaining good oral and general health is to take a preventative approach rather than a ‘reactive’ one and this essentially means that people should have the opportunity to have general medical and dental check ups and treatments without any unnecessary delay.
